How to Store Fresh Bread: Your "Lucky Loaf" will stay fresh on the counter for several days on a cutting board with the cut side down. For longer storage, place in a ziplock bag and freeze for as long as you want. To revive a crunchy crust, allow loaf to thaw, wrap in aluminum foil and pop in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. You'll never know it wasn't baked that morning!
